This is a HPC TPIN-2 Top Pin Loader Tool for Rekeying.
Loading springs and top pins has never been easier. The Top Pin Loader is a double-sided follower for .495" and .550". Load the springs and top pins in the holes of the follower for fast and easy transfer into the cylinder housing.
