Return Policy

SLK Hardware store LLC (“SLK Hardware”, “We”, “Us” or “Company”) is the operator of https://slk-hardware.com/ (“Website”). If You’re not satisfied with the item(s) You purchased, we are ready to help.

SLK Hardware will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and if the item is returned to us in original packaging, unused and resellable condition and according to this Return Policy.

If the item is missing or damaged or You have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours after the delivery date. After this period has expired, we will not be able to help You.

To get a refund, Your item must have the receipt or proof of being purchased on this Website.

If the returned item is found to be damaged, without original packaging, used, or in a condition that can not be restocked, You can choose to have the item back. In such case, shipping charges are paid by the customer. We, in our turn, will not issue any refund. 

The goods cannot be returned after the RMA 30 days period has expired. 

 The returned items must be sent via an insured, prepaid shipping method with tracking availability. 

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. The customer will be required to arrange their own shipping and pay for the return shipping costs.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase or with a 3% credit card fee. We will notify You once this has been completed through email, phone call or account on this Website. 

SLK Hardware Shop guarantees the quality of items we sell. By purchasing them, You can be sure that they and we won’t let You down. 

We will honor any valid warranty claims if everything is done according to this Return Policy.


Xhorse warranty: 

Non-wear parts are under warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner. The warranty will cover the machine’s internal components like the motor, motherboard, etc. The warranty will not cover tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clumps, or accessories. External parts will not be covered by warranty.

Kukai warranty:

Non-wear parts are under warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner. The warranty will cover the machine’s internal components like the motor, motherboard, etc. The warranty will not cover tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clumps, or accessories. External parts will not be covered by warranty.

What cannot be returned?

Brand new OEM key, unless noted otherwise.Software, tokens and other digital activations.Special orders.


Are there any charges for return?

All returned items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.Refunds may be given in the form of store credit.We will not refund the original shipping charges.We will not pay for returning shipping charges, unless noted otherwise.Refunds for brand new OEM items may be given at the refurbished price if the returned items are no longer suitable for selling as “new” due to damage/opened packaging or wear on the product. 

Brand Name Locks must be approved through the manufacturer to be returned/covered by warranty.

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the same payment method unless noted otherwise. Please note it may take up to 5-7 business days for it to display on Your statement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
