Shipping Policy

SLK Hardware LLC (“We”, “Us” or “Company”) is the operator of (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, You will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service mutually.

Our warehouse operates Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM, except on national holidays, when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we take steps to keep shipment delays to a minimum.

Shipping 

To ship Your order, we may use the following carriers: FedEx, USPS and UPS.

Change of delivery address

The delivery address can be changed anytime before it's been confirmed.

Items out of stock

If an item or items You purchased are out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Delivery terms

In general, shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Please note that depending on the manufacturer, some orders may take longer to be processed.

Delivery time exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and request a refund from the shipping company. 

Please be aware that weather conditions may delay Your order delivery, even if You are not experiencing weather problems in Your area. Some acts of God, such as bad weather, might be not refundable.

Tracking notifications

A tracking number will be provided by the shipping carrier.

We will notify You about Your order tracking information via email, phone call, or in Your account.

Order lost in transit

If You didn’t receive Your order or got the wrong one, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We can not replace or compensate for missing orders after a 48 hours period is exceeded.

Cancellations

We are able to accept the cancellation of an order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please refer to our Refund Policy if You have changed Your mind, but the order has already been dispatched.

If You cancel the order, You may get a refund with a 3% credit card fee, or it may be credited as a store credit.

Signature Required

All orders valued over $2000 will be sent Signature Required. For all orders with a value over $1000 and less than $2000, You will be required to select to either add or decline the Signature Required when checking out Your shipment.

Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed via the following platforms: CC, PayPal.

Purchases

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse Your order at any time due to reasons, including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the product or service description or price, mistakes in Your order, or other reasons.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspected of fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction. 

Backorders

We constantly try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, so the information You get is up to date. However, there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all Your items at the time of purchase. In such case, we will send the available products to You and contact You about whether You would prefer to wait for the restocking of the backordered item or if You would prefer us to process a refund.
